Some Basic Image Processing and Video Streaming Function C# Desktop

I need some basic image processing function need to developed, 1. Cropping image from picturebox, it will keep existing picture box and then create new picturebox with cropping image. 2. Camera video streaming (live) with NDI and etherent source code. I haven't defined all requirements, but I need it fast, so you can purpose with above modules first then we'll talk later after I have some request. Only freelancer who has experiences in image processing will allowed to get this project, I will check the portfolio first and then ask you some questions to make sure you are worthy. You need to show me some image processing projects that you already developed! Please noted, I don't want to use any other libraries/dll which mean I need to do it pure in C#!!!!
