Visualing output from Borland C++ output in Windows 10 and 7

Need someone good at Windows development to Integrate embarcadero (Borland) Berlin or Tokyo which are free to download, on a Windows 8 or 10 operating system,with the [login to view URL] CImg library and get all the examples working that are included with download (CImg-2.3.4_pre072618) / examples . This should result in a standalone executable graphics display in a window kind of like the Mandelbrot fractional explorer picture.([login to view URL]).
