I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for [login to view URL] are into the provision of Bulk SMS here in Nigeria. Presently, we are targeting the Hospitality Industry, Transport Companies and Health Care Providers. We need a software that will work both offline and online to send automated SMS through our API to customers mobile number as their information are entered on the software immediately if connected to the internet or as soon as internet service is available. The Software should have the option to be customized for use by the various industry namely; Hotels, Transport Companies and Hospitals. Clients should be able to register through the software on to our website. Which means the software should have all basic features of a bulksms app that we will introduce to you. The offline feature of the software should include the ability to save all entered data on the hard drive and the data should be retrievable according to specified dates. The software should be able to automatically produce a summary of the data entered at a specified time and send such to a prespecified mobile number at a time specified on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
