I am located in the Los Angeles area. If you are not able to find someone locally, I can do this for you. I can create a stencil here (if needed) to deposit the paste. I can reflow the boards either on a hot plate or an oven. If you ship it for AM delivery, I should be able to turn it around and get it back out to you the same day. For two boards, I should be able to do it in under an hour, most likely around 20-30 minutes.
