Japanese Prepaid Sim Card Research

You must be based in Japan and have OK written English Skills and be at least 20. We require a Japanese prepaid data carrier recommendation on a long term basis. You will produce a report of the current Japanese Tier 1 Carriers and their available Prepaid SIM Card Option for data only including rates and topup. This will be a one page report or excel spreadsheet of the major carriers and should include coverage links. We need a carrier with good data coverage throughout Japan and good data rates, but with simple prepaid topup that can happen 'automatically'. We need about 400MB a month of data. You must also sign up using a company Email for a few Prepaid Data Only Sims card to the carrier portal and determine options for managing the Prepaid Data Balance automatically. This means in terms of both reporting on the data balance and also in adding credit to the Sims as needed. You will also test data rates using the sIms to the company servers preferably from various locations around Tokyo and surrounds.
