Server Setup Or Software Build-2

Hello, Please don't auto bid. read the full requirements and understand the problem first. after then please bid accordingly. Problems: we have about 30 PCs in our office. all connected in the LAN. normally we download files and put them into the one windows pc. which is called the main pc. all the 30 people copy files from the main pc and work on it. one works done then again files back to the local server. which is taking huge time. as we are coping about 500GB all the 30 pcs. that's the problem. Solutions: we need to reduce the times. it could be all 30 peoples can access the file directly from the main pc or make any new server. as we work with photoshop tools. so they open the file directly from the server with photoshop and save directly to the server. we need smooth operations. if you have any suggestions let me know. if we build software if my problem-solve I am okay with it. thank you
