Tweak/configure email server

I have a Linux VPS with cPanel that I am using for email that needs some tweaking. 1) First is an email issue. Just so you understand, the main domains are on a different dedicated server, only the email is on this server. (The DNS is pointing to the other server, then that server points mail to the VPS) That means spf and DKIM are on the VPS email server. It all seems to be working OK except that we occasionally get an error message like the following: host [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]] Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<email>: 450 4.7.1 <[login to view URL]>: Helo command rejected: Host not found --------------------------------------------------------------- 2) I also want to tweak the messaging system so that I don't receive messages like this: lfd on [login to view URL]: Excessive resource usage: xyz(9201 (Parent PID:3994)) Resource: Virtual Memory Size Exceeded: 257 > 256 (MB) Executable: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/bin/perl Command Line: spamd child PID: 9201 (Parent PID:3994) Killed: No -------------------------------------------------------------- 3) and this: lfd on [login to view URL]: Suspicious process running under user xyz Executable: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/bin/perl Command Line (often faked in exploits): spamd child ---------------------------------------------------------------- I am getting dozens of those from all of the accounts on the server. I believe they are normal processes and I should not be notified. I have full root access. Thanks for bidding.
