My roommate and I are in an apartment building that has the NBN service set up, we've ordered a plan from Belong to get essentially what is a switch turned on so that we can begin using our internet, but Belong has pushed back our appointment with a technician twice now and we're about through with them. We're looking to hire an independent contractor to turn on our service in the building (if it's even possible without a belong rep) as soon as possible.
