Hi, Our Recruitment firm deals in USA based Permanent recruitments on contingency & retained search basis. I am looking for someone who has strong experience in Staffing/Recruitment industry and capable of generating Direct Client Leads/Contracts by his/her own online, offline business development resources/contacts in USA. You need to have a strong business development history in Staffing industry to be able to do this task successfully. Just to confirm- You need to develop new direct clients Retained/Contingent-Perm Roles for our company in USA to allocate us the job-orders to work-on Contingency/Retained search basis.
