We are seeking proactive and motivated appointment setters to join our team on a freelance basis. As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services/products and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment setting targets. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify leads. Requirements: Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Additional Information: This is a remote, freelance position. Flexible hours are available, but consistency and commitment to meeting targets are essential. Compensation will be based on the number of appointments scheduled or a competitive hourly rate, depending on preference.
