We are a covid testing service company providing covid testing to eligible customers at their doorsteps. We are looking for call center services to manage the inbound calls initially and we will expand the services to outbound calls at a later stage. Call Center must have experience in handling calls in the USA, and also have full knowledge of working with Medicare and other private insurance companies in USA. Initially 3 months project.

Hi I'm delighted to apply as I've worked with one of the biggest companies in the US such as Wells Fargo and United Healthcare Group. I doknowledge of HIPPA guidelines and banking protocols and procedures in the US too.
