In terms of operations and people management I have diversified experience in contact centers that provide services for chat, email, Inbound and Outbound calls.
From a business analyst and project management perspective I have experience serving as both an internal employee, and a client services provider in the fields of, Banking, Energy, Publications, Media, Telecommunications, Insurance, Automotive, and Retail Electronics.
In the past 8 years I have coordinated the launch of over 16 different contact center projects.
Most recently I consulted and facilitated the launch of a small 24 seat customer contact center.
I am passionate about identifying strong team members that will have the ability to take on new challenges and this has allowed me to delegate and prioritize work to successfully manage up to 5 different client relationships simultaneously with success.
