Telemarket for me

Hi my name is shashikant. i am having total 8 years of experience working for BPO and IT companies. In past I have taken calls for Microsoft technical Support USA, Symantec technical support USA and EXA web solution( Australian Company). My last job was EXA web solution where i have taken calls for 5 years. we used to do everything from lead generation to setting appointment for our consultant based in Australia. I am very good with customer care, convincing skill and technical support.

Greetings, my name is Shawn and I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. Currently I am living in Quebec, and have been for the past year.
