Create an E-card with animation

We are looking to design something like Groupon's e-card animation, please click on the link below to see their animated ads. [login to view URL] Just like Groupon's ads, we want to email our own promotional e-cards to our customers. We would like you to create an e-card template for us, so that we can change the promotional message on the E-card anytime. The animation doesn’t have to be the same as Groupon, please refer to here for example: [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: the animation shouldn’t be too long, Groupon’s animation is about 6 second; keep it about the same, don’t keep customer wait for too long to see the message. We DO NOT need the link function on the e-cards (START SHOPPING button) Optional: we would like to have the personalized greeting function like Groupon, each recipients will see their name on the envelope and the card. Not sure how we can achieve this (maybe we need to build a platform where I can upload my list of contact?) Its optional, depends on how much it will cost and how long it will take for you to develop this function for us. Thank you!
