I am a new Freelancer looking to establish a regular client base and a portfolio based solely on work I've done for clients. I am experienced in Blender and Unity, and can export as .fbx or even as a Unity package that will include materials and textures set up for you. I can also atlas certain things like your smaller, less-detailed buildings. My only two requests are an estimated desired polygon count and prompt response to any attempt to contact you for clarification or approval on designs throughout the project.
