As you can see in my portfolio, I have experience with Automobiles 3d modeling. I am fully capable of doing most cars/ trucks/ airfcrafts in Maya (autodesk suite) A bus should be no problem, I put down 7 days but depending on when I am given the go I may be able to finish in half the time.

I'm more curious about the design and your needs. if you would like to message me any restraints or even a concept drawing or just talk about the project feel free to message me. it's not a vehicle but I've designed "Go-Karts" for a in house game so it should not be much more difficult than those as they were cartoon designs and had some unique geometry, but again that is something I would like to understand more about. since your asking for only a model I bided the minimum and currently don't feel you should be paying more than that from your project description.
