Working with cinema4D 3d modeling software. Don't know how realistic you need to create tv set, but if you want, i can add lights on too. Just write what you need and want. And materials too :-)

I'm an experienced 3d modeler in SketchUp and Blender with many different types of completed projects.

I have previously used sketchup to plan out full hospitals in particular i used it on the Al Hassawi Muburak Project in Dubai making the medical equipment in Sketchup so this shouldn't be a problem.
