I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.
For this project I’m looking for Bengali native speakers. We’re interested in translators, transcribers and voice talents. Please start your bid with information of your native language, nationality and country of residence, and then list services you can provide according to the scheme below:
TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.
We’re looking for mix of lowest prices and good quality, so we’re open to new freelancers, even those without reviews. But please remember to bid accordingly to your experience. I’ve received many expensive offers from absolute beginners. Another thing is that if I’ll receive proposals from translators with similar skills for particular language, I’ll obviously choose the one with lowest rates per word.

TRANSLATION: I am efficient enough to translate between in ENGLISH and BENGALI. I have a little bit knowledge of Japanese and French. I can translate 200 words per hour in a day for US$ 2.00.
TRANSCRIPTION: I can spend 4 hours to transcribe an hour of a video per day costing US$ 8.00.
VOICE OVER: Project proposal of this part is not clear to me.

My native language is Bengali, & I'm Bangladeshi, staying in Bangladesh. Although I'm new here, I've an experience of translation and transcription for more than 5 years now.
My rate per word is usually 0.015, but if there's a chance of long term collaboration it'd be okay if I'm given 0.008/per word. If there was a system of uploading files here, I could've showed you several samples of my website translation works.
And if you're going with the lowest rate, make sure to take a test translation, as there are several ones to use google translator.

The project is extremely interesting and I will definitely like to work on it. Even though I am a resident of USA, my team includes more than 5 native bengali speakers who are residents of Kolkata, India. Since we work on a night shift, I can deploy a number of resources to work for you on a 24*7 basis.
Now I am providing the resolution for your proposal:
1. Our Translation rate is $10/hr, and we can complete an entire word page within 1 hour. However, I would like to know whether the translated font will be in Roman or Bangla?
2. We take around 7-8 minutes to complete one minute of translation. So in order to perform an hour of transcription, it would take around 4-5 hours based on the quality of the audio. It will cost around $45 for an hour long translation.
3. Voice over- We will charge around $10 for 1 hour of audio recording. Our team are extremely talented and they are quite aware of the voice modulation process that is required.
