I am an experienced Transcriptionist/ Translator/Administrative Assistant performing a wide range of administrative support functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature and responsible for the timely completion of the division’s administrative work. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, any of the following -
(1) Accurately transcribing documents from English to French and French to English.
(2) Performing a variety of document production functions by integrating text, tables and charts from multiple sources/software applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and other specialized software) into single, unified documents.
(3) Drafting and editing routine correspondence on administrative matters.
(4) Proofreading and editing documents on behalf of supervisor and/or division staff; ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation; formatting in accordance with required style.
