Set UP HMS Ads and Consent flow for GDPR&CCPA for small Unity Project

I am looking for someone to set up an Huawei advertising and consent flow for a small Unity project for GDPR and CCPA. The project is an Android game. I have some basic knowledge of the GDPR and CCPA regulations and some ideas on what I would like the consent flow to look like. I am looking for someone who is experienced in this field to help me design the appropriate consent flow for the game project. Specifically, I need to understand what is TCF string and how should I generate it to pass to the Huawei API, how should I understand if user is from GDPR country, and what are the builder parameters for the Ads Kit so my advertising will not violate GDPR.
