Short video production - engineering project

Project assignment: Short YouTube video for the front end of a website. Time Length: 1:40 - 2:10 Description: Video is for a small local government agency that tells a short story with use of images, overlay of small text sentences, and graphic elements. We are promoting the use of a drainage system and need local community approval. - storyboard will be supplied - narrative will be supplied - images will be supplied - background music can be supplied Look and Feel: This is for a small, rural community. it needs to have the feel like a pair of home town construction engineer who wears faded denim jeans but with a crisp cotton white shirt. Relaxed but clean and competent. Authentic and not contrived or slick. This video needs to look a little like low production work - but still very competent. I need to see a portfolio that shows capabilities in producing - - image rich and sophisticated graphic ability. - text overlays with movement - photoshop / montage use - background music with narrative I will have additional work after this, so I want to find someone who I can work with reliably in the future.
