To Provide Customer Support For Digital Products( Around 1-2 Hours a day)

Hi,
I own a few digital products and an looking for someone that can reply to the emails i recieve. most of the emails are simple for example: send the download link to the customer and so on. Others can vary from problems opening files -to- request for more info about the product.
Your job would be to take over the support system (I have a custom made web based email client based on HORDE) and you will provide support with it.
If an email is complicated, it should be left to me and i will reply to it instead. (At least until you get started and learn to answer all queries)
I normally take around 1 hour a day to reply to all queries so you probably will take around 1 to 2 hours (Taking in consideration that you will be leaving the complicated emails out for me)
I'm looking for someone that is friendly and can write good english with ease because this job is a long term job and will most likely extend the number of hours as well in the near future - If you are the right person and you do the job right, consider this job for years to come (or until you get bored with it)
Apart from the above, you must be willing to learn a few things about the products being sold so that gradually you will be able to answer the majority of the question on the products you will be providing support.
And one last thing, this job must be performed 1 hour a day for 5 days (Monday to Friday) (Its can't be performed 5 hours at once etc) However, if a day is missed it wownt be the end of the world (so to speak). the important is that all emails are taken care witin 24 hours and when this is not possible within the most 48 hours.
