Virtual Assistant Customer Service Support Specialist Needed - Phone Support: We need a customer service support specialist to assist us with reaching out to physician offices we work with to obtain the necessary orders needed to serve our patients. - 4-8 Hours Per Day: The ideal candidate will be available for 4-8 hours per day to help us contact provider offices to check on the status orders we have submitted to them for approval. During these calls, the candidate will also be required to conduct minimal sales by explaining our services and how we can help assist their patients with the product they may benefit from. - English Language: Fluency in English is required as we do not need support in multiple languages. - Excellent Communication Skills: The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers over the phone. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address these - Patience and Empathy: The ability to remain patient and empathetic towards busy office managers at these facilities is crucial. - Reliable Internet and Phone Connection: A stable internet connection and a working phone line are essential for seamless customer support.
