We are currently seeking a Virtual Customer Representative to join our customer service department for a new Dubai-based company. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and WhatsApp. Your primary objective is to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our tours and booking policies. - Manage and organize customers booking to ensure an efficient workflow. - Coordinate bookings between our tour guides and clientes - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and business partners through phone calls, emails, and chat messages, demonstrating active listening skills and empathy - Adhere to company standards and protocols (refund, no-show policies) - Escalate any concerns to business partners and/or management Requirements: - Female only - Excellent communication and customer service skills (Email/Whats App business). - Exceptional organization and multitasking capabilities. - Good knowledge of booking system management - Previous experience in a customer service role would be preferable. - Willing to work on different shifts such as night and week-end. - Fluent in English (speaking and writing) We are looking for multiple positions for this role in order to build a strong team available on different shift. About us: We will be soon opening an online platform selling tailor-made tours for specific clientes all around the world.

From working with Microsoft tools such as Excel spreadsheets, documents, PowerPoint and lots more also working with Google docs, spreadsheets calls, live chart, email support, social media support and lots more . All this I used to review and validate all order paperwork submitted and to ensure completeness and accuracy, review contracts to identify invoicing, special subscription invoicing terms and payment, quality check invoices prepared by other order management team members for customer orders to ensure accuracy before billing customers by using data validation on spreadsheets, enter and process all incoming orders accurately and timely. I've worked with a few CRMs and I'm willing to learn more if given opportunity. Through my innovative approach to customer management, excellent communication skills and strategic marketing, the organizations that I have worked for have experienced tremendous growth and progress in their customer base and revenue.
