We have requirement to have zoom or video greet-n-met with new interns team members at our back office location - Mumbai, India. These interns are university students doing internship in our back office location based in Mumbai, India for last two months. Our business expertise: Retailer dealing in various brands that are sold in USA region. Goal: a. To have 30 mins two different calls with intern student batch of 5-8 interns per meeting to pass-on / notify about company policies. b. To explore and have friendly conservation about their current situation i.e. how they are balancing work-n-life and long term career plan. c. Tell something about yourself that you have floated on [login to view URL] but do not mention you are freelance hire because we wish to project you as part of the organization itself representing HR team member. Objective: a. We need third party contractor like you to evaluate and give fair feedback on interns team members mainly how they feel at workplace and are they satisfied with work i.e. job satisfaction. Communication mode: a. English b. Video conference - Zoom meeting - You can take video conference call from your comfortable location / No formal requirement. Meeting Time: First 30 mins video conference call: a. Around 7pm to 9pm evening India time, we can select the required time slot. b. Date - we can finalize separately.
