Teach Me Punjabi

I am looking for a Tutor/Teacher/Language Coach to guide me through the process of learning the Punjabi language.? This person must speak fluent English and have a University Education.? ? Further, he or she must speak? the dialect of Punjabi spoken in Punjab, India, from the city of Chandigarh or Ludhiana.? He or she should? preferably have some teaching experience and be a creative, enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful teacher. ## Deliverables My Tutor/Teacher/Coach Requirements: 1. Speak and understand English fluently. 2. Although, I will be learning the Gurmakhi alphabet, my teacher must be able to use the English alphabet to provide transliteration of Punjabi words to provide an initial transition to Gurmakhi script reading and writing. 3. Be able to create and use MP3s, Skype and MSN chat for communication of lessons. 4. Be aware of and/or research for online language learning resources: Websites, tutorials, etc. 5. Design a structured curriculum to take the student from initial language acquisition to fluency within six months. 6. Create and transmit daily lesson plans; including, regular progress assessments, quizzes and examinations (tests). 7. Provide motivation through games, activities, songs, poems, proverbs, movies, jokes, sayings, stories, etc. 8. Be able to teach essential vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure and illuminate the spirit of the language. The Punjabi teacher chosen for this job will be paid weekly, one third of the amount listed in the bid request, for a period of three weeks. If I am satisfied with the quality and results of the previous three weeks the job will be extended for another three weeks continually for a total of six months at the same rate.
