Customer Support: - Respond to customer (technical and non-technical) inquiries via email or chat promptly and professionally. - Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate when necessary. - Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions. - Nurture customer relationships to enhance their experience and loyalty. CRM Management: - Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Segment and organize contacts for targeted marketing efforts. Marketing and Outreach: - Execute and manage email campaigns to reach and nurture potential clients. - Assist in cold calling prospects to introduce our SaaS product. - Create visually appealing graphics and designs using Canva for marketing materials. Content Creation: - Assist in creating blog posts, articles, or whitepapers related to our SaaS product or the travel industry. - Generate content ideas and conduct research for articles. Social Media Management: - Schedule and post content on social media platforms. - Monitor social media channels and engage with the community. User Onboarding and Training: - Help new customers navigate our SaaS platform. - Develop and maintain user guides or video tutorials. Project Management: - Support project managers in tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones. - Help with project documentation and communication.
