Upwork Virtual Assistant/Executive Admin Virtual/Administrative Assistance Posted 6 hours ago U.S. located freelancers only Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Assistant will work directly with executives and employees and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing company. Responsibilities include: •Manage executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, appointments, and travel. •Manage executive travel, including making reservations, managing itineraries, confirming reservations, etc. •Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, scheduling conference calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. •Prepare internal and external documents for team members, clients, and strategic partners. •Produce reports, presentations and briefs as needed. •Perform periodic research and prepare presentation materials. •Facilitate execution of contracts with clients, sales prospects, and vendors, such as NDAs, sales contracts, or vendor contracts. •Periodically handling basic bookkeeping, accounting, and expense management tasks. •Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents in a paperless environment.
