Financial Analysis Spreadsheet

We need a comprehensive financial analysis model for various types of real esatate development and investment transactions. The goal is to assess the investment yield both static and time series. We currently use multiple models in MS Excel and amend them on an "as needed" basis to account for different scenarious in different deals. These will be provided as examples. What we want is to create a single model in Excel with a "dashboard" entry page that can take into account different scenarios. For example, in a given development, some of the building might be for sale and other might be for lease, some might be retail and some office. Some might be builg right away with a first tranche of investment capital and other might be build several years down the road with a different capital structure. Most of the analytics are already captured in the models we use and which will be provided but we want it harmonised in one model with an easy user interface.
