Link building: 50 PR4 +

Requirement: #1 We require at least 50 PR4 or pr5 or pr6 one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to a gadget site from sites have high page rank. #2 Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide text document entailing the URL, page rank for each link. Specifications: • The keyword backlinks will use two different keywords. • All Links must be from topically relevant websites. • -Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. - No guestbook links or anything like that • Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR4 PAGE. • Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links • Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) • Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. • Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. • Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. • Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted). • Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by [login to view URL] tag. • Links should not be from framed pages • Al links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. • All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). • No software to be used for listings, manual submissions only. • Websites that already have a published link back to my website will not be counted • Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). • Links must be in text, no graphics. • Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.. • Links must be in place for a minimum of two years free of charge, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links within this period. • You must additionally agree in principle to maintain these links permanently after the two year period for a rate we will agree later. Payment : Payment will be made once that all links ( 50 pr4 ) are verified and after that the links are memorized in cache. Nothing payment in Advance. If you are good, we are looking for a long-term partner we can pass much work across other websites. The work is very urgent max 3 or 4 weeks. I need 50 PR4 links. All links should be hard <A> tag links. I will supply all link text and descriptions. Links need to be in websites related to gadget or non gadget accepted if high page rank. Part payment after verification of listings and documentation provided. 50% remaining payment to be made after Google has indexed the pages containing the links. You will provide a document with all the links web addresses + IPs. I reserve the right to refuse any link made and either reduce the payment pro rata per link or request a replacement.
