1000 Users needed for a website

I need users and customers (PAID and FREE, both) for the following website: [login to view URL] Goals: * 1000 Users (FREE accounts) * 25 Paid Users (Find details on the website) Winning bidder must deliver both goals. Some terms & guidelines for this project are: Guidelines & terms: * Please bid only if you can provide prior proof of such work * Please do not waste time and Bid only if you are 120% sure that you will be able to successfully accomplish both goals. * Payment will be made through PayPal on delivery of both the goals. * Time is of essence. The sooner you can accomplish the better. * YOU WILL NOT employ any SPAM or illegal mean to mass market. If any such traces are found than you will forfeit the project and the payment. Additional: * You will get a straight $5 for every *ADDITIONAL* (over 25 paid customers described above) paying customer you bring in.
