108971 HTML code help

Hello, I need some help. I am working on a site that has a left side navigation section then on the right it has a table --- Inside the table it pulls data from an affiliate site to fill the table. The only problem is that all the items on the left side move to the middle of the screen and then when the data fully loads then it will go back. I need someone to help me secure the left side navigation to stay in place while the right hand table data loads. It looks aweful this way. :) Please help.
