A HTML Website Template Edited

I have a web template with me that I have downloaded. It is a responsive web template: [login to view URL] I want some changes made in it. The changes include changing the content of pages. Adding Registration and Login Pages and customizing it's color scheme and making its UI similar to an iPhone app that I have. The template has only provided me with HTML pages. There are no PSDs available. I will provide all the files that I have with the template to the selected designer. Please bid if you can comfortably edit responsive HTML web templates. Also, show your past works through which I can understand that you have the necessary skills for the job. I am looking for individual designers not companies. I have low budget and I need it done very quickly. But if the designer and I establish a good rapport and good professional relationship, there will be more projects in near future. Thanks!
