For the right people, this will be an ongoing position that can enable you to get out of the nightmare of going from project to project. Multiple people will be selected and hired. The selected candidates will work on a contract basis, offsite (your premises), for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekly pay range will be from $50, with Indian, Chinese, and Eastern European workers preferred. Supervisor positions at various levels will be available above that rate for those who excel. You will be paid for one week's work at the base rate. Quality and quantity quotas must be achieved to remain under contract. Pay moving forward will depend on work produced. Description This is a HTML/website creation/maintenance position. You will be required to perform a wide variety of site maintenance, such as adding links to pages, adjusting graphics, altering core site content, etc. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining blogs using software such as WordPress. In addition, you will be responsible for creating a variety of website templates based on a provided sample and/or your own ideas. Requirements - Good Internet experience - Ability to input information accurately and efficiently - Strong ability to upload and manage file using FTP, SSH, etc. - Ability to keep and update records - Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills - Website oriented graphics skills - Ability to setup and configure blogs and RSS feeds - Available via instant messaging - A telephone connection - A physical (home/small office) address - A bank account or means of accepting payment - Reliable, preferably high-speed DSL/Cable (or higher) Internet connection - Willingness to give frequent updates on work being done - Good organizational skills and work habits - Ability to work well on your own, while meeting deadlines and quotas - Consistency, it is important that you be able to keep up with the work as you will be part of a larger process and others will depend on this - Resume and work samples. - English communications skills (grammatical as well as verbal).
