Need a very expert Magento freelancer to change store logo and delete banner

Hi, I need a very expert Magento freelancer to perform the following a + b problems : a) take out the "[login to view URL]" banner image from the left side bar from ALL our cilent's Magento store pages. URL : [login to view URL]~estore1/[login to view URL] Problems : - we have tried deleted or commenting out anything related to "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" and added "<remove name="[login to view URL]" />" in different files like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] but the banner still appears. - we have flushed all caches under Magento Admin Console -> System -> Cache Management without effect. - we have deleted all files under var/cache without effect. - we have cleared all local browser caches, closed all browsers and reopened browser without effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ b) change the existing Magento logo on top left hand of every page to our custom logo. URL : [login to view URL]~estore1/[login to view URL] Problems : - please note that we have tried changing the path under Magento Admin Console -> Design -> Logo Image Src -> "images/[login to view URL]" to images/[login to view URL] (where [login to view URL] is our logo with the image file placed in the same images folder), but the logo on the website changes from original Magento logo to blank image icon (actual logo not showing). - please note that we have tried replacing the original Magento logo under Magento Admin Console -> Design -> Logo Image Src -> "images/[login to view URL]" to our own "[login to view URL]" within the same images folder and used the same path under Magento Admin Console -> Design -> Logo Image Src -> "images/[login to view URL]" but the logo on the website still shows Magento's original logo. - we have tried commenting out some code from different xml and css files related to the "[login to view URL]" but nothing seems to work. - we have flushed all caches under Magento Admin Console -> System -> Cache Management without effect. - we have deleted all files under var/cache without effect. - we have cleared all local browser caches, closed all browsers and reopened browser without effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ There may be some tiny steps we missed so we need only a very expert Magento freelancer who can troubleshoot without breaking our system. - Upon accepting this project, you'll need to start work immediately and complete the job within the hour. - 2 milestones will be made.
