Graphic designer for website

Hello everyone We are looking for designers for a website. So far we dont have the project finished, but we want to know what's out there in terms of design . Once we select one provider we will be working together for the next month or so untill we decide what style we will use . Once this step is finished we will open the project and do the real design. If the selected provider feels it is necessary we can open the project and then change the requierements and bid it as we move on . What we will need roughly is a website that will need this things: A video player An online calculator so clients know what the product total will be. A ftp-like utility so clients can upload and download files A contact page A "Who Are We" page A video porfolio page ( actually , the same video player but in a diferent layout) We like this page, if you need a reference: [login to view URL], although there way too many things on it. We want a simple design , easy to navigate Other requirements: HTML so we can make it fully indexable. Some flash is ok if necessary for the video player or online calculator A CMS so we can manage the page, change contents etc. So far we have used DRUPAL. Please send sample of your job.
