100581 Illustrator needed

I need an experienced illustrator to create a full color vector drawing. The picture should be a cartoon illustration of a blind man with a guide dog next to him. The guide dog should be a golden labrador. The man will be facing left with the dog on his left side. He should be wearing a shirt and tie with dress pants. Facing the man will be a blind woman wearing a dress and holding a blind walking cane (red-tip). Both of these individuals should have sunglasses on. I will only hire a designer that has a portfolio. This project should be completed as either an eps or ai file with full layers left intact. I am looking for something cartoonish but not over done. Some samples can be found at [login to view URL]
