Place content in website (spanish knowledge required)

Hi, I need someone for a very easy job: I give you a template and some content, what you would have to do is build the structure of the site, adding the appropriate pages with metas and putting content in place, footer, setting up the images that are buttons, work on the presentation etc .... The site is a small site of about 6/7 pages, there is no design involved, very easy, but spanish knowledge is indispensable to be able to understand the structure and do the things properly. You will ideally work with dreamweaver so you can convert the layout into a template and create pages from there ....
