Convert HTML Theme to OpenCart Template

We require a HTML e-Commerce theme converted to an Fully-Functional OpenCart Template. A Sample of the HTML Theme is located at: [login to view URL] (We are not affilliated with this site, just using their template.) Requirements: - The theme must be compatible with OpenCart 1.4.9 and 1.5.x. Prioritise the latest version first. - All the buttons etc must be expandable due to different language options. - All the code must be commented in english. - No static links, follow OpenCart standard.
