Create a module for prestashop

Framing soft Hi, i am in the framing industry and inam searching to do a module for prestashop 1.5 and up. This module should be able to show a ready frame. So you choice the moulding, glass, matboard and it calculate automaticly the price. It should be also able to give the possibility to load the own image and change the background color. A database / data management of those differente piece of the frame should be in Back office to control with a import / export work on excel table. Is that something what you can do? I can also show you an example how it should looks over a software that I already have. If yes please tell me the approximativ budget and time you need to do.. Thanks!
