Online Research - Need WordPress Theme list

The job is to research wordpress themes and send me a list of links to themes I'd like. See attached excel for the format and information needed to deliver the results. The WordPress Themes you find should use html5/css3 and responsive design, and should be minimal, modern and clean design. I'm open to premium paid themes and free ones; but at least 50% of the themes you send should be free themes. You would send me links to each theme that look similar to the style we want (like the sites below). and, the themes must use html5/css3 and responsive design.
