HTML5 Web developer for \'build your own personalisation\' web shop option

A Bristol based web/ui designer looking for a partner for a short term HTML5 web project, web app. My client wants a webshop with 4000+ different products, mobile accessories with a 'Build your own' option, where the user can personalize the selected products, actually the mobile cases. They can build the design from scratch on screen, select background or any pre designed pictures from our gallery, upload private images, add texts, choose fonts, etc. At the end the system needs to transfer queries and generate a hi resolution PDF file, which will be add to the order (when the user clicked Add to cart). Currently I am working on the web shop (will release soon) and develop the concept for the personalisation area. I will produce the design for the UI, you need to translate the whole personalization idea into a working web app and integrate into the shop, possible OpenCart. The solution needs to be fully cross browser and cross platform compatible, so we decided to use HTML5/CSS3 with responsive design.
