SAAS Invoices statistics

This is a request to build a web site application based on the Microsoft® .NET Framework written in C# using VS2010 and hosted at a secured hosting company. Database will be a MS SQL SERVER DB. The site will be built on a SAAS (Soft As A Service) model type. It means that some services available to the client will be free and some will be paid. The service will be available on a monthly basis. The goal of the site is to provide statistics on equipment based on data uploaded by the end user or other sources. If successful, it will then be upgraded to a CMMS. Those sources will be allowed to have a marketing exposure if they wish to pay for their logo to be displayed on the web site. The web site will also have a friendly interface to be accessible via any mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Microsoft) or iPad/Tablets. The web site will be available for the end user in several languages: English, French, and Spanish to start with. The customer will come to the web site and create an account. Each account may have one of the following “Profile”: - Free - Basic - Advanced All accounts will be allowed to upload data. The format will be XML, CSV (Excel) and calls to Web Services. The Free account will give them access to a few reports or pages. As an example, the Free account would have access to a list on invoices loaded as well as drill downs to the details. However would not have access to the Work Order history for example. The basic profile will be allowed to have access to more information and statistics. All customers will be allowed to upload work order history information, accounting information, equipment information. The advanced profile will have the Basic level plus some advanced functionalities. Reports on Asset management will be provided.(extended history, equipment usage, buy vs rent) etc. I will provide one example of data that we would like to see. Data mapping will be involved. Mapping: the customer should be able to create its own mapping to our table structure based on the format they may have the file in. Strong skill set is required to display graphs. This is not a difficult web site. The "hard" part will be to upload files and allow the end user to remap fields and/or data to new values. After the data is loaded, it will be a matter of display "headers/lines" type of data for statistics purposes. In order to qualify for this project you must provide us with examples of SAAS projects you have done in the past, graphs and mathematical skills. I will provide a full documentation of the project once I have proof that you may qualify for this project.
