Application Architecture for ERP app for prepaid member exclusive club

I am looking for someone to design and develop an ERP application architecture for my prepaid member exclusive club. The primary goal of the app is to manage membership. I would like the app to be web-based and I am open to technology stack suggestions. Ideal skills and experience: - Experience in application architecture design for ERP systems - Strong knowledge of web-based development - Ability to suggest and implement appropriate technology stack for the ERP app - Experience in managing membership systems would be a plus. A tailored ERP solution for a club with various facilities including stay rooms, party halls, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, multiple food and beverage outlets, gym, swimming pool, movie, special events etc. Members based on their category will be issued prepaid membership cards which they can use after recharging via website / mobile app / club reception (integration of payment gateway will be required). Members can also book facilities such as guest rooms, party halls, movie tickets, special event tickets via website and mobile app. (party hall and guest rooms will be booked only after approval from the booking manager). Member should be able to check the account statement from website and mobile app. Member should get notification of transactions on the mobile app and email. Inventory management for bar liquor items where in bar manager will issue stock to the different barman. Asset management for various club items and equipment. Should have fields for mentioning purchase date, expiry date, maintenance work detail etc. Bookings manager module for booking guest rooms / party halls / movie tickets / special event tickets POS module for various food and beverage outlets. POS for food outlets should have KOT feature to send parallel print / display to their respective kitchens. Finance / Accounts management module for managing club finance activities Payroll / HRMS module for employees. Not very high end but with basic features such as adding/editing/deleting employee details, adding custom fields and pay structure and salary payout rates and generating pay slips. Report generation module Back office should be able to bill custom annual subscription / other charges based on the membership type on group or individual basis. Payment gateway and bulk email and sms integration Reserving table at restaurants / ordering takeaway or delivery Website with member login module. Website should have a flexible option for admin to update banner or section of upcoming events or movies etc. Mobile App for members Please share your past experience and detail of similar executed projects along with the quote and proposal.
