Bilingual Project Manager (English/Spanish) for web and social media projects

We are looking for a GREAT project manager to organize, delegate and supervise a small spanish-speaking web development and social media team. You'll be getting direct input from our customers, some of them in spanish and others in english, and passing along those tasks to the team and making sure they are completed on time and according to the customer's expectations. You must have web development experience yourself, but you will not do the technical work. You will have complete autonomy to make decisions about design, checking the quality of the work delivered, and guiding or correcting the team members. Basically, we will handle the projects to you, with all the information, objectives, deadlines and every piece of information needed to complete them and from that point on is yours to finish (with the help of our team). Skills ------- 1. Above all, you need excellent communication skills. Being capable of expressing ideas clearly to designers and developers, and to understand client requests. 2. You should be able to tell if a website or design project is well done or in need of corrections. So, being familiar with web development or graphic design is a big plus. 3. You must be capable of doing good and quick research, so in case one of the team members doesn’t know how to do something, you can get him/her appropriate material or resources to guide them or help them get unstuck. 4. Time availability is very important. As a minimum, you'll need between 2 to 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday, dedicated to this job. Others ------- Obviously, you need SOLID project management skills, tested with real-world experience. A sense of urgency and respect for other people time.
