Bubble - Project Management Web App

Hi there, my company is looking for a bubble developer to help us build a SaaS project management platform specific to the construction sector (built environment) here in Australia. The idea of the platform is to step property developers and Project Managers through each stage/phase of the project, from a feasibility study of a site, through to the completion and handover of a project. I have developed a rough wireframe (for some sections) and started learning about bubble myself, but this app is too large and complex to build on my own, so I'm looking for someone to help me build a very dynamic web app. I want the look and feel of the platform to be much like [login to view URL] (project management), and for any of the 'writing' sections (like meeting minutes and reports) to have the template capabilities/editability of Coda.io. A similar web app to what I want to build is [login to view URL] or the PC application ARGUS EstateMaster, but our web app will have much better functionality and better UI design for a more intuitive experience. (All the platforms I have mentioned have free trials, so I would encourage you trying them to see what I would like to include on our platform). I have a very clear image in my mind as to what the 'front-end' web-app will look like, and I need someone to help me build that into reality on bubble.io. The App also needs to have a very clever "back-end' system providing Excel like (automation) capabilities connecting different workflows. I would like to be able to schedule a video call with the bubble developer every two days (approx.) so I can help inform/direct the look, feel and functionality as the app as it's getting developed. I'm happy to agree on a schedule that works with you, but as I have not drawn wireframes for all the pages and sections of the app, a 'live' co-editing session would allow me to suggest changes and additions to the app along the way. (not to state the obvious, but you must be able to understand and speak English) I have attached a few screen shots of the wireframes I've drawn and of the other websites I mentioned for reference.
