Custom works on Jomres for Joomla

We would like some customization on a property renting website that uses Joomla 3.4.8 with Jomres 9.5.6, jr leotian template and a credit card payment gateway. Our requirements are the following: 1. Account details accessible from every page (move to off-canvas position) 2. Client Booking list customization: a. add/remove some columns b. add a column with a button that gives client the ability to pay the outstanding cost of a booking using the credit card gateway 3. Availability calendar customization (font and size changes, visible prices on each day) 4. Price filter bar to work according to the current tariff of the specific search. 5. Change the format the number of the guests is written. Please inform us about an estimation on cost and time required for the above. We will provide you a dev server with an identical clone of the customer live site to work on. Once your job is approved on the dev site you will have to apply the same on the customer live server. Complete specs for the job will be provided.
