Design Help for a Website Page

I am looking for a designer than can help provide design feedback for website projects I am working on. The first one I would like help with is my own website [login to view URL] If you view the "Our Work" page [login to view URL] , I have started creating individual "card" graphics that show the client logo and the main technology used. It does not seem very visually appealing. Could you come up with a couple of example images 325x2oo px in size that might improve the look? The categories are: Custom Applications Custom Web Development e-Commerce Development SEO / Analytics SiteCore Development Website Development So maybe use the icons from [login to view URL] in the cards? Just throwing stuff out there. Please put the work POTATOE in bold in your bid responses so I know you read this description. I am looking for someone I can work with long term to help me improve the designs of my website projects. This project is just to see what your style and work ethic is like to see if it is a fit. If you have other ideas to improve the site that you can fit in the two hours allotted, let me know and perhaps we can extend this project to include these new proposed work. For two hours of design time, I am looking for at least one example image 325x200 that would serve as a template for the other cards, along with a description of why you think it is better.
