We need 13 selected pages of our dating site re-designed. We want multiple revisions of a page until satisfaction is attained, which must be 100% satisfaction. Hope to encounter a team which has TOP-NOTCH DESIGNERS that will have previous successful accomplishments. The pages will be sent back to us in html and css format, along with corresponding new graphics and images. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FURTHER TO NOTE (FREELANCER MUST AGREE TO PROCEED): We will pay for the page in 4 separate milestone payments of 25% each time, releasing the corresponding 25% of milestone, BEFORE creating the next 25% milestone. Hence, payment is not ALL created in one lump-sum, and the 4 separate milestone payments are created IN SEQUENCE, and not all at the same time at start of project. If you bid, you AGREE to the above conditions to proceed further.
