Magento store exists need shipping integration expertise & suggestions- Completion by 6/2/15

COMPLETION by tomorrow 6/2/15. i need someone in the US, preferrably west coast, that has magento expertise. not mild experience or kind knows what their doing. EXPERT. I am having an impossible time getting my website to integrate with various shipping solutions. i am trying to automate the shipping process. Keep in mind I use Mac's, not windows based machines. Some of these companies have local software to download and then it has a login screen to access the magento website. many require SOAP 2 and PHP. It doesn't matter that I am not a coder because I spent all day talking to the hosting company telling me there are no errors and SOAP 2 works fine, the shipping company like TrueShip telling me they need the SOAP address so their software login can access my website but it still can't even though we found. I need an intelligent problem solver. This should be easy, if you have shipping recommendations as to how to automate the process and export order shipping information to a program or website that can allow me to print labels and manage that process then even better. Should be an easy quick job for someone that knows what they're doing. The end result should be a website with a working connection to a shipping entity or provider. I am already getting shipping rates for customers.
